Feedback from our loyal donators and beneficiaries

I have the privilege of knowing Brandy professionally and also as a friend. To build and strengthen communities through meaningful health initiatives is not only her skill set but her unwavering passion. I've watched Brandy in action and witnessed her fierce commitment to taking care of others as if they were her own. I am delighted to see her vision for Shola international come to life. Not only is she going to strengthen the community of young mothers in Ghana, but she will be the most fabulous role model for what's possible for a woman to accomplish in today's world.

OMG! Can we talk about motivating, inspiring, thought- provoking, and encouraging! These all describe what I feel. when I think of what Shola Int. has brought into my life. Often times life happens and we get lost in the shuffle of it all. Shola Int. helps me recenter, find the calm in the storm, and quiet place to breathe.

I remember sitting with Brandy and she said, "I never imagined I would be doing this work in Africa." Quite often, we can underestimate the span of our reach. We just know there is an intense desire to help. However, in the midst, we also expand our own idea of community. Brandy's mission can be summed up in one word: care! She genuinely cares about the overall health and healing of community, particularly when it comes to women and children. Having to overcome her own life experiences, she knows firsthand the need for safe, loving, and culturally competent spaces that uplift and enhance the lives of all involved.
